A snatched recording on the internal mic of an rc90 made around the millennium - as is often the case a picture of the deceased was carried down the street, she was an old lady of perhaps 90 years making her final journey. Staunton street central hong kong 23rd of august 2000.
This was originally meant to be part of the soundtrack for a play i was writing. I discovered it amongst my many garage band projects a few days ago, and realized it wasn’t actually all that bad. I couldn’t use it, but maybe you could!.
A jazz sample at 130 bpm composed on fl studio. The left channel preceding phase shift was implement by the removal of a sinelike oscillation. I deleted a left channel sinelike oscillation after the attack (and actually i omitted one more oscillation, because i didn't want to remove the very energetic ones).
A sound i created in garage band i originally intended to use as a podcast intro. . . I suppose it could also work at the beginning of a pop song or something as well. It includes some synth, guitar, processed vocal sounds, percussion, and a panther growl.
I'm surprised i never uploaded this, i recorded it like a year ago. Anyway, this is from a rather old, second hand music box that is missing the ballerina. I'm not sure what tune it is, so if anyone knows, tell me.
Music loop i made, its faster beat and i think pretty sweet! it was made using an ipad, garageband, various loops and whatnot. Some instruments provided are from myself, and also the smart instruments on garageband.
I needed a the sound of a flapping piano roll for our production of music man. Not having a piano i recorded the sound of two pieces of cardboard slapping togather. Recorded with a zoom h2n. Modified with audacity. 110 seconds of silence at end.
I thought i'd contribute to this great site with this little melody i made by accident and have no use for. Reminds me of some old games due to the synth sound though the reverb gives it a more abstract/atmospheric feel. Hope you enjoy it!.
An aiff recording of two lovely old guys playing the gamelan xylophone in bali. Recorded last october with a pmd660 marantz in 16 bit with internal mics. A little bit of air around it but a very beautiful little tune and perfect for background to something. Enjoy.
Attention- please leave a comment saying what you plan to use the sound for, i am interested. A shot piece of music that can be used for credits on shot films.
